The extreme swim team is an ellite(ish) group of paddlers from the prestigious institution known as Newcastle University, they travel far and wide in search of fun and frolics and and are never afraid to admit that most of the stuff they do is down to not bravery but peer pressure.

Alps 2009

This year the EST decided to venture back to the Alps for some extreme boules action. The destinations were Slovenia for some crystal clear waters and beautiful surroundings, followed by austria to scare the shit out of us and have some naked sauna action. Canada 2008

Due to the skintness, or absense of most of the tem, Mark banded togeather a Dream team of paddling gods to go and tackle some of the steep creeks of British columbia, they fought salmon and bears to get to some of the most beautiful and demanding runs that the world has to offer, then they gave up on that after a few swims and just did whatever they came across, Enjoy.....

Uganda 2007

Yes, what you hear is correct, the Extreme Swim Team did rip up every part of the White Nile in Uganda this summer, and with only 2 visits to the local hospital between the team, a very successful time was had by all. Huw and Kev did a Helix, Chris and Jimmy did a Donkey Flip, Mark did a reverse Helix, Ian did an elbowdrop on chris and Chez fought a crocodile!

Pimp My Fresher

One upon a time, in a Starbucks far far away, three hero's got thinking, What can we give to this years Ball that will go down in history as a truely monumentus occasion, and so the idea of PIMP MY FRESHER was born.
